Nº1 The Salcombe is a charming ground floor apartment in the waterfront building known as The Salcombe, formally The Salcombe Hotel. This glass fronted property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and beautifully decorated with nautical themes throughout the rooms to give off immediate holiday vibes.

There is free on-site parking, a communal outdoor heated swimming pool and large gardens with a private entrance. There is also one boat mooring on a private pontoon for a dinghy, with overall length (including out-board) of 5m.

Get your deckchairs or sun loungers out and soak up the sunshine right outside your apartment and take a dip in the pool that is merely feet away. The town is literally on your doorstep here and with the stunning views of Salcombe harbour extending right in front of you, you truly have the best of both worlds here.

Nº 46 is a conveniently situated, impressive penthouse apartment in the imposing residential building known as The Salcombe, formerly The Salcombe Hotel. With quite possibly some of the best sea views in Salcombe, sitting right on the waters edge and only moments from the main street in town, it really does tick all the boxes for a wonderful holiday!

Nº 46 has so many wonderful features including access to a running mooring on a private pontoon, access to a shared swimming pool in the beautiful waterfront gardens and also a private parking space.

This wonderful apartment has been in our family for nearly 20 years and is so special to us, we really hope our guests enjoy it just as much as we do.

The Old Forge is the original Blacksmith’s workshop and even now being the beautiful cosy holiday cottage that it is, it still includes many of it’s original features. This two bedroom holiday cottage is right in the heart of Exmoor National Park in the quaint village of Exford. It is available to let all year round, for long or short breaks, and is the ideal location for families as well as for hunting and shooting breaks. Whichever your reason for visiting the moors, The Old Forge will be the peaceful and comfortable accommodation that you require. There is plenty of free roadside parking directly outside the property as well as a free public car park 100 yards away. The cottage is opposite two pubs, and the village store is just a short walk from the property with the Post Office being only a few doors away.
