Nº 46 is a conveniently situated, impressive penthouse apartment in the imposing residential building known as The Salcombe, formerly The Salcombe Hotel. With quite possibly some of the best sea views in Salcombe, sitting right on the waters edge and only moments from the main street in town, it really does tick all the boxes for a wonderful holiday!
Nº 46 has so many wonderful features including access to a running mooring on a private pontoon, access to a shared swimming pool in the beautiful waterfront gardens and also a private parking space.
This wonderful apartment has been in our family for nearly 20 years and is so special to us, we really hope our guests enjoy it just as much as we do.
We let it through Freya at ‘Salcombe no.1’, she knows everything there is to know about Nº 46 and Salcombe itself so please do give her a call if you have any questions:

Mr Kirby
July 2022We had a great holiday in lovely Salcombe where I have been vacationing for more than sixty years. We have now stayed in Flat 46 on twelve separate occasions!
Mr Dulson
August 2022The accommodation itself was perfect – well-equipped, exceedingly comfortable and welcoming. And while we expected to get decent views, what we saw was astonishing, a 270 degree living landscape! So it's fair to say that Flat 46 exceeded our expectations. We loved it. Thank you.
Mr Devlin
September 2022We had a lovely time at No 46 again, thank you – and the weather just got better and better as the week went on. The week always goes by all too quickly!
