There is free on-site parking, a communal outdoor heated swimming pool and large gardens with a private entrance. There is also one boat mooring on a private pontoon for a dinghy, with overall length (including out-board) of 5m.
Get your deckchairs or sun loungers out and soak up the sunshine right outside your apartment and take a dip in the pool that is merely feet away. The town is literally on your doorstep here and with the stunning views of Salcombe harbour extending right in front of you, you truly have the best of both worlds here.
